Born in Wimbledon, London, Steve-O is an entertainer, stunt performer, and comedian who is best known for his wild and hilarious stunts on stage and his interactions with his fans.

He dropped out of college after one year to organize a circus in the Swap Shop but was convinced by his parents to go back and finish his degree because his grades were very poor.

After graduating with a Communications degree and then returning home to start up his own company, he started working on side projects that led him all the way to where he is today.

The Rise to Fame of Steve-O

Steve-O is known as a daredevil amongst the world. He has made a name for himself in action-packed stunts that leave us amazed and entertained at the same time!

He started his career in comedy, filming himself doing stunts, and sometime later, he met up with Jeff Tremaine, who became his producer for Jackass. Since then, Steve has been one of the most-watched performers.

In 2001, Steve came out with Don’t Try This at Home on DVD, produced because MTV censored the material he had recorded for their own television show. The DVD went on to sell 140,000 copies.

While promoting his DVD, Steve toured, doing various stunts throughout an entire day. It was a success, filmed, and turned into another DVD – Don’t Try This at Home Volume 2: The Tour.

Steve-O then gladly accepted becoming SneauX’s spokesperson, his shoe sponsor for quite some time by then. Television commercials promoting the amazing product included such acts as Steve-O jumping into garbage cans in order to bring attention to Sneaux footwear and its understated yet unmistakable rugged charm.

He is known for his performance stunts in the reality television series Jackass (2000–2001), its related movies, and its spin-off series Wildboyz (2003–2006).

After the show ended, he co-starred with Chris Pontius on MTV’s Wildboyz. The two performed stunts and acts with animals, often putting themselves in situations they were not trained.

In 2014, Steve narrated a short video about some animals from Farm Sanctuary. He also reveals the sad and harsh reality for many other animals in modern farming.

In March 2020, Steve started his podcast, “Steve-O’s Wild Ride!”. Along with Scott Randolph and Paul Brisske, this trio has hosted this show every week since it began airing.

The 33-year-old stylist and designer for film, commercial shoots, and stills met Steve at a photo shoot in 2017 and started messaging him on social media.

The couple got engaged in 2018 and announced the news on social media the next day.

Before meeting Lux, Steve married Brittany Mcgraw from 2006 to 2008. Now, he’s finally happily settled with Lux.

The couple has not yet announced their marriage, but Steve announced that he has agreed with his partner to not have children in the future. He said in one of his podcasts that he had a vasectomy.
