Nick Jonas is an American singer and songwriter. He was born on September 16, 1992, in Dallas, Texas.
Nick Jonas is an American pop singer who became popular with his brothers back in the day as part of a boy band called the Jonas Brothers. He has since starred in films such as Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian (2009) and Careful What You Wish For (2015). More recently, he starred in Last Man Standing (2011) and Hawaii Five-0 (2010).
The Rise to Fame of Nick Jonas
Jonas’ career started at a young age after he was discovered singing in a barbershop his mother frequented. He began playing roles on Broadway and portraying characters such as Tiny Tim, Chip Potts, and Little Jake, who were all characters in plays during his early teens.
Jonas wrote a song titled “Joy to the World” with his father while performing in “Beauty and the Beast” (2002). He featured background vocals from other cast members of his time on Broadway.
Jonas eventually released the song through INO Records in 2003, which was also used for several projects, including commercials aired throughout Canada.
However, it wasn’t until years later, in 2007, when it caught Columbia Records, and he later signed a contract with them.
After being signed to Columbia Records, Nick, Joseph, and Kevin Jonas considered the name Sons of Jonas before deciding on the name Jonas Brothers. Shortly following their departure from their major label, it was confirmed that the brothers had signed with Hollywood Records.
He began acting at an early age and started a band, Jonas Brothers. The band released an album and tons of songs but eventually broke up in 2013.
He first found fame as a member of the Disney reality TV show the Jonas Brothers and has remained a part of the limelight since. He took a different route than his bandmates and decided to pursue a solo career.

Nick dated some popular celebrities, including singers Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, and Miss Universe 2012, Olivia Culpo.
Then, Nick started dating Indian actress Priyanka Chopra in 2018 and proposed to her just after months of dating.
The couple married in December 2018 at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur.
In January 2022, Nick and Priyanka welcomed their first child via surrogacy.
